@droidxmom I do 1:1 of vinegar and water and add in peppermint essential oil to keep away spiders. You can add whatever oil for fragrance you’d like!

@kierstenbrunn Yep! I got them out when I was 21 or 22. I ate soft foods instead of just liquids and tbh I think that made a huge difference

@mamainottawa Humidifier definitely! My doc says to run 2 in a room when kid is sick. Also I give me daughter allergy meds if she has nasal drainage that is worsening the cough at night

@mamainottawa I’ve heard that if the kid is truly ready it is easy! And that it is hard if the kid isn’t quite ready. My daughter has shown readiness signs for several months and just won’t go. So we stopped trying and will try again in a few months!
