Great news for patient access to innovative BTK therapy in the United States.
As of today, October 1, 2026, the New Technology Add-on Payment (NTAP) for the Spur® Peripheral Retrievable Stent System is effective for eligible Traditional Medicare Fee-for-Service inpatient discharges involving Spur.

By recognizing the added costs of qualifying new technologies, NTAP may help hospitals address financial barriers to adoption and support timely access to Spur for Medicare beneficiaries.

For patients with infrapopliteal arterial disease, Spur provides temporary mechanical scaffolding and controlled lesion penetration as an adjunct to PTA. Following treatment, Spur is fully retrieved, leaving no permanent implant behind.
