We can't expand our resource eastwards because of Quebec.
We can't get better prices for our dairy and negotiate better trade deals because of Quebec.
Why do we tolerate this? Explain to me like I'm double vaxxed and boosted.
Dear Canada,
The GST goes back up tomorrow.
The Carbon Tax increases again on April 1st.
Your government is slapping a "tariff" on YOU, just for existing.
Meanwhile, China is rapidly building more coal-fired power plants.
When are YOU going to get mad at YOUR own government?
Show me a Canadian who thinks Donald Trump is the enemy, and I’ll show you a Canadian who’s had their head in the sand for the last decade.
America is stronger than us. And yes, they will use that strength to their advantage in trade deals.
Show me someone who thinks it’s unacceptable for a powerful country to leverage its position over a weaker one, and I’ll show you someone who has never studied history.
We have a villain, but it’s not Trump—it’s the same villain we’ve had for the last ten years.
If you’re outraged about the threat of tariffs, demanding fairness, tell me—where was your outrage when Germany’s Chancellor arrived at our door, asking to buy our natural gas, and we turned him away because we “couldn’t make a business case” for selling a resource we have in abundance? Where was your outrage when the Prime Minister of Japan asked the same, only to be met with the same refusal?
Where was your outrage when we systematically dismantled every energy project that could have diversified our customer base? Or when we wasted the advantage of having the longest coastline in the world, spanning three oceans, with limitless potential for deep-water ports and global trade—choosing instead to focus on gender language in government documents?
If you weren’t outraged then, spare us the outrage now.
Honestly, this whole 'hate America' vibe is awfully similar to the 'hate the unvaccinated' vibe back in the 'pandemic'.
Why does it always seem to be the same group of retards that constantly buy into the next retarded 'current thing'?
You hijacked my national anthem, you indoctrinated my children, you taxed me to death, you excluded me from society, you stole my culture, you want me to fight to save 🇨🇦.
Sorry, I chose 🇺🇸. 🇨🇦 you left me.
Most items manufactured in Canada are - Made in China quality - Made in Canada price.
I know of a major manufacturer in Canada that purchases most of their steel and cast components from China. Their IT department is in India. They’re sure proud to put the Maple Leaf and Made in Canada stickers on their products though.
@midcenturyape Ouch! If by chance you graduate from Grade 8 this spring, see a guidance councillor & chat about a career as a parking lot attendant…you seem suited for something not requiring a lot of brain power
The same Canadian’s that can’t decide if they are male or female? The same ones that march for other countries? The same ones that caved to mandates and restrictions? The same ones that thought an app on the phone would save their lives? The same ones that wore a mask to walk 10 feet into a restaurant and then took it off because the force field was then in place? The same ones that were a mask while driving alone in their car?
The same ones that let their family members die alone in a home because the government wouldn’t allow them in?
Shall I go on?
I’m a veteran… we are not the same.
@Dean_Winnipeg 🤦♀️🤡 most everything in Canada is made in CHYna. Why don't you just go salute the Chinese flag, that would be more honest.
You're the reason this country is in so much trouble. #TeamTrump
@Dean_Winnipeg You do know any American product in any store was purchased with Canadian money right?? So not buying those products still hurt the store, economy and you.
Now when the stores stop bringing in American products it would truly be buying Canadian.
