@virginmedia I place the call on Thursday. Can @virginmedia check if this number is actually their call centre? 020 3743 6946 and perhaps check their policies. I find it strange that someone calls me up and demands me to answer security questions so they can talk to me?

I’m working, I have to take my calls. @virginmedia don’t spam me and ask me to provide my security details so you can discuss my cancellation with me. I did not ask for this call. It is unwanted

@virginmedia And the saga continues… despite spending forever and having to speak to 5 people I got 5 calls yesterday and another today to discuss my cancellation. I think if I cancelled then it means I’ve cancelled! Please don’t make me spent anymore time on this
