Hey @CityofVancouver if you're going to pick up my green bin half as often do I get to pay half the amount of taxes too?
Last time I went to a store, I'm pretty sure they didn't have the option to provide half the service for the full price because of the "weather".
@Novusnow. Thank you and Tam from your account management team for proactively reaching out about my bill. This is what real customer service feels like to make customers feel valued!
Guess this was Gerry Butts’ plan when the Trudeau government repealed section 331 of the Canada Elections Act last year with Bill #C76:
“No person who does not reside in Canada shall, during an election period, in any way induce electors to vote or refrain from voting...” 1/2

@koodo thanks for the great Black Friday deals but can you stop using Loomis as a courier service? They've pretty much single handedly taken the surprise and delight out of getting a new phone.
Another day, another ridiculous #Vancouver taxi story. Mid-ride driver told us machine didn’t work, asked us how we were paying. After saying we didn’t have enough cash to cover, he tried to kick us out. He then told us to carry cash next time. Because, you know, 2018. #bcpoli
What if Canada had spent $200bn on wind energy instead of oil? $200bn in Alberta's oil sands in 2017 produced enough oil to fuel 73m vehicles for 16,000 kms, whereas $200-bn in wind would have created enough electricity for 122m vehicles for same distance
