Dunne has traveled thousands of miles to find love—literally! After surviving life as a street dog abroad, he has blossomed into a soulful, well-mannered gentleman who is more than ready for a family of his own. He waits politely for his food, walks beautifully on a leash by your side, and sleeps peacefully through the night (no crate needed!). While he has moments of happy "zoomies" (a fenced yard would be his dream!), his favorite activity is simply curling up on the couch with his person.
Dunne is looking for a patient, steady best friend. Because of his past, he can be a little hand-shy and nervous around other dogs, so he needs someone who will continue to show him that he is safe. He promises to pay you back with loyalty and lifetime cuddles.

Two years is a long time to wait for someone to choose you. 💔
Today Ella & Diva have hit TWO YEARS in rescue.
Two years of sleeping in temporary places.
Two years of routines changing.
Two years of people scrolling past because they aren’t “easy” dogs.
But here’s what we wish people understood:
Ella and Diva are not broken.
They are cautious.
They are deeply bonded.
They are dogs who need time, trust, and the right environment to feel safe.
And once they do? They love HARD.
Ella gives soft paws for attention and melts into belly rubs with her whole wiggle-butt going. Diva rolls on pillows in the morning, makes goofy sleep noises while “chasing bunnies,” and watches over the people she trusts most.
They have spent two years learning that the world can feel scary sometimes — but also learning that comfort exists in each other.
We know their home won’t be for everyone.
Quiet. Adult-only. Patient. Experienced. Calm.
But we also know their people are out there somewhere.
Maybe they just haven’t seen them yet.
