To chook - Cupboard. Other than eggs, I store in my fridge items that were purchased from a fridge cabinet at the shop. Eggs in Australia are commercially washed and have no bloom left to protect them so need refrigerating

epidermis - the outer and thinnest layer

dermis- the middle layer thicker than epidermis

hypodermis - the thickest fatty layer and so if choosing a specific layer of skin you should choose Hypodermis
