@sthsthburner Yep pretty much, i found that in press it can be a bit easier cos you can feel the weight shift and react quicker/ disrupt their acceleration but as with most things in sport if they’re a better athlete you’re cooked regardless.

@_bubblxs He still needs time to develop physically before hes a regular starter but I think hes ready to compete OOP as a sub. Match experience against prem athletes will help him compensate as he grows into his frame.

Minteh is the one for this summer. If they wont come down on the fee dont bother signing anyone. Mbaye for under £50 million is an option. But i dont like paying first XI prices for players who we’ll be trying to displace/replace from the squad in 12months time anyway.

@mattladson Minteh although left footed is more of a creator lots of cutbacks and crosses, stats reflect this. Ability to cut inside and shoot on his left more of a bonus tbh.

@Ironkai123 Ive noticed in training clips hes been working on finishing with his left foot and you can see him trying it more as pre season has gone on. Low driven shot to the near post specifically seems to be one hes looking for. Something to keep an eye on.
