`vercel logs --json` is missing Workflow fields

the dashboard shows workflowRunId and workflowStepId for every /.well-known/workflow/v1/step hit, but the CLI doesn’t expose them, so you can’t really search workflows by user to debug

(we usually log userId/projectId as logs so it's easier to find)
