In light of the fact that repeated studies suggest that women are more likely to be develop Long Covid, I think it's really important to know what's happening with the different health conditions that specifically affect women.
This is a painful thread at times.
Should I move to northern New Mexico or Colorado to prepare for the imminent (2035 - 2050, according to @SunWeatherMan) pole shift, when the galactic current sheet will trigger the sun to micronova, sending off material that will unlock the Earth's crust, causing it to rotate 90 degrees, so that the heaviest, glaciered parts (Greenland/Antarctica) move to the equator (in one day, according to Project Nanook), and India and South America become the new north/south poles?
@mimizima_ So very awesome to hear! Cheers from pdx. I host small, queer friendly live and DJ'd outdoor events in my yard and want to expand to the larger CC community.. Would also love to support your Seattle event by bringiing cc folks there. Do u have a website mailing list?
@idea_alchemist Helping a neighbor who got multiple myeloma after 2nd covid infxn. I'm the only person who masks near her. I said your kids should mask w you. She gets that they prob should, but says "they're stubborn". Wtaf ppl don't even care abt their own parents to mask for 5 min.
Covid is wrecking T-cells in study after study, yet people still act like it’s just a cold.
This virus doesn’t care if you “believe” in it, denial doesn’t erase T-cell depletion or immune dysfunction.

The lull exit is coming. Despite being in a lull:
🔥1 in 180 actively infectious
🔥1.9 million weekly infections
🔥>93,000 new #LongCOVID cases from the week's infections
🔥1,100 excess deaths from the week's infections
This is a "lull."
Devastating for future medical and law students—$50k loan cap per year. This won’t even cover tuition for medical school or law schools. So only the rich will be able to afford to become doctors or lawyers, got it.
National Bureau of Economic Research finds approx 1.4M excess deaths among Americans 25 and older between 2020-2023 due to COVID, saving Social Security over $200 Billion.
‘Social Security financial health improved due to excess deaths, driven primarily by the premature death.’
@dustindrury There are so many health issues I'd never heard of pre 2020. Multiple Myeloma. I know 2 previously healthy ppl who acquired it post C infxns. Early research indicates a covid-MM connection. When I bring this up, ppl prefer to blame the vax or lifestyle causes.
