New ballot initiative in Oregon called ‘Initiative Petition 28, the PEACE Act, will make it illegal to hunt, fish or raise animals, even if it’s on your own land

If passed it will be ILLEGAL to

- Hunt or fish for food (even on your own property or for sustenance
- Raise and slaughter animals like chickens, rabbits, pigs, cows, etc., for meat on your own land or farm.
- Engage in common livestock practices (e.g., breeding via artificial insemination)
- Control pests by killing them (in many cases)

If passes it will lead to investigations and prosecutions of farmers and individuals raising animals for food, including small scale or backyard operations with rabbits and chickens

We can never forget Tina Kotek carved and gerrymandered Oregon's geography to only benefit Democrats while she was Speaker. She did a bait and switch just like she did with her ODOT layoff threats, bringing a cancer patient out of the death bed and paying a coastal Republican legislator a special visit to get the votes she needed, withholding signing the measure, and then ball-busting legislators to get the vote on the May ballot.

Don't ever forget she called a special session Labor Day weekend while she vacationed on previous mentioned coastal trip with nepo wife Aimee in tow. They enjoyed shopping while legislators and Oregon citizens were forced to fight her $4.3 billion dollar monstrosity.

Kotek is scum and she has been destroying and dividing this state for 19 years. Send this carpetbagger back to York, PA.

I don't care what Republican you vote for in the primary, but all votes need to go to the Republican candidate in the general, regardless of how flaccid they may be.
