Today I’m heading to Zobel to get a practice round in for this weekend’s tournament. Assisting on Pro day Saturday and playing on Sunday.

Zobel is one of my favorite weekends and the weather will be in the upper 70s.

Despite how fun this course is, I only play it this weekend.

Back to the side of disc golf I love the most! 2 days until I leave for 4 days of Oklahoma disc golf. Video making with my friends is where I’m happiest 😀

Overall it felt great to be outside, but this tournament had a purpose. It was to see if mentally I could partake in a event without degrading myself mentally. I haven’t passed the test yet, and I have no intentions of playing any events until I feel ready. #trusttheprocess

Sunday I ran into a couple at the coffee shop while heading to Madison for golf.

The man started a conversation with me about disc golf because of my @DiscmaniaDiscs hoodie. It turned into us talking about his son.

His son found me on Insta. I love this sport.
