Lovely weather, isn't it?🌞
Unless you're a nocturnal animal who has to sleep all through the hot day, and wake at night to find no water. No puddles.
No kind dishes.
Unseen.
Unthought of.
Just the tantalising smell of water from a pond you may drown in, or a drain you may get trapped in.
Or a stagnant, dirty old birdbath you may get fatal fluke from.
Hedgehogs need to drink a lot of water to stay healthy.
Please provide clean, fresh, safe, ground level water each evening for our precious nocturnal wildlife.
Tap water is best.
Pop a dish or two out tonight.
Front and back.
Keep it clean.
Keep it full.
Keep it saving lives.❤️🩹
It is clearly no coincidence that the draft Conversion Practices Bill has been published almost simultaneously with the plan to press ahead with the puberty blockers trial. The expectation is presumably that opponents will be overstretched and unable to fight both effectively.
Gender identity activists always underestimate our strength and determination.
Big mistake!
Naomi Cunningham is already having to fight a rearguard action on language in the latest tribunal involving Defra, SEEN and a man with a GRC. Language control is so powerful. Apparently we should be kind and say 'she' for him because this is not a rape case!
Congratulations to the Darlington Nurses. Significant questions remain as to why Darlington NHS Trust has so far spent almost £1m defending their unlawfully discriminatory policy of allowing male staff to identify into changing facilities for female staff at the Trust.
For a court or tribunal to say "misgendering will be seen as inappropriate" is like saying "please make a massive recusal application on the basis we will not permit the manifestation of legally protected belief". There is no power in the court to do this, it's quite unusual.
as inappropriate.

Janice sums it up 👇
I've met some of these women: they are fantastic.
& if you turn up your nose at Christian Concern, ask yourself how we got to place where neither NHS bosses or trade unions thought female nurses should be allowed a single-sex dressing room. It's disgraceful
The mills of justice grind slowly but they do grind exceedingly well.
The sex & gender wars are not over but one side is winning most of the battles.
Why, even the Scottish government now admits that it has been breaking the law for years.

@coccinellanovem@STILLTish@DavidLammy Better directed to @JudiciaryUK - it is indeed an interesting question when the court appears to be specifying what is acceptable speech to counsel and witnesses.
Tribunal in Leeds refusing to use neutral pronouns in court case - effectively siding with the trans-identified claimaint, as is the respondent. Intervenors out on their own in wanting to use male or neutral pronouns.
