UPDATE: A Manchester United fan has been arrested in Mbarara District for allegedly transporting suspected stolen meat believed to be from three cows.
Police have identified the suspect as 41-year-old Milton Rutagiira, who was arrested last night during an intelligence-led police operation.
According to police, Rutagiira told officers that he was transporting the meat to Bwera in Kasese District.
