Really poor service @HotpointSupport . 23 Sept Booked fridge repair, appment moved from 25th to 30th, then engineer arrived with no parts despite having model details in advance and saying it’s a common fault. Now expected to wait to the 7th Oct. 2 weeks no fridge what support?
