We are a cafe for those who are vulnerable in swansea. Everyone gets music, company a free 2 course meal, multiple hot and cold drinks, dignity packs and groceries/treats to take away.

We also have showers and a Laundry

After sharing key findings from a recent @TheIFS study, James took calls and messages from listeners who shared life-changing experiences with youth clubs and youth workers, highlighting how these services had expanded their opportunities.

We are getting one (but probably two cats) in the very near future….adopting rescues who are 3 months old.

What are the absolute must haves? And oh my god, there’s too many litter/litterbox choices…which is the best (and least smelliest?)

6 years later, I’m a qualified doctor working in ICU/anaesthetics and I love it.

Turns out, I actually do have some learning difficulties but overall, I’m good.

It’s taken 15 years to get here so far.
The same still applies, there’s always a way forwards.

10yrs ago I had an offer to study medicine.

I didn’t meet it. 4yrs loving someone who broke my bones & told me I was stupid instead.

I became an ICU nurse (1st BSc hons).

I’ve just finished my 1st yr of medicine.
