@_Checkmatey_ Seriously tho it’s fkn exhausting. The moment a video even whispers treasury company or knots. Alt+F4. Unplugging the router. Burning the modem. It’s been months of this. Make it stop. Checkmate - I’ll even listen to Samons Omega Candle. I’m not strong enough. Kill this bull plz.
@w_s_bitcoin I was looking at the Nunchuck honey badger package for inheritance planning (which is 2/4 where 1 key is a platform key). This just seems the most viable solution without KYCing yourself into oblivion through other solutions.
@El_FreedomFairy Low key once you embrace riding through the rain it’s low key fun af. Do it all the time since those are the days where traffic is the worst.
@w_s_bitcoin I don’t understand how shitcoin holders can objectively look at yesterday and say that was a good opportunity to buy. Yesterday ripped the curtains right off and showed nobody is interested in your centralised token. They went no bid for an hour and nuked. Wake up!
@w_s_bitcoin I’ve thought about it in the same way and I reckon 2.5% was the annual growth rate I landed on. I only have so much time on this earth and spending it in the fiat mines is not on the bucket list. Alternatively I could drop into a casual/part time role once I’m satisfied.
@rationalaussie Was talking to my friends about where I think AI is going. One of them firmly believed AI will never take his job and even if they would, the government wouldn’t allow it cause it would cause “total chaos”… Aus is in for a world of pain over the next decade.
As “Trump may fire Powell” headlines hit, I find myself thinking about this CNN story from 2004.
We all laughed at this story in 2004; no one’s laughing anymore, are they?
Stupid, expensive wars have consequences. ♂️
@BikoKonstantin1 Wrong - Tether is by far the best business model in the world in the world and its not even close. Approximately $85,625,000 profit per employee...
@BikoKonstantin1 Why? It all traces back to one thing: money supply.
When central banks expand the monetary base , more dollars chase the same amount of goods.
It’s not just house prices going up — it’s the value of money going down.
@BikoKonstantin1 It’s not just Aussie house prices. Property values, food, energy, education, healthcare, nearly everything has gone up globally. While Australia might be one of the sharper examples, the trend is widespread. Canada, NZ, Europe — all saw price inflation over the same period.
@_Checkmatey_ Am i missing something ? Its not a bitcoin core vs knots debate, its a bitcoin core pre 30 + knots vs bitcoin core post 30? So in reality i just don't update core and literally nothing has changed? The free market will decide what it wants in due course.
@VeryInsig @BikoKonstantin1 It’s not that people on a Bitcoin standard won’t spend, they’ll spend more carefully. When your money is likely to gain value over time, you become more selective. With fiat, since its purchasing power keeps going down, you are incentivised to spend it before it loses value
