Cafe Herrera in Dallas made us some fresh molcajete salsa from farm fresh peppers and vegetables. Molcajete and tejolote are stone tools, the traditional Mexican version of the mortar and pestle, similar to the South American batan, used for grinding. @cafeherreraomni
