@ATTHelp For an @ATT install technician to be tying data cables to power lines, it goes beyond simple account install concerns. It involves the utility and city authorities. The neighbor has not had much much trying to get in touch with customer service. Long hold times on phone.

@ATTHelp David A, I appreciate your reply. I'll try to get you in contact with the neighbor. Unfortunately, this looks to be an egregious error by the installer and a severe life safety issue. This needs to be escalated to the highest priority you have access to as someone may be injured.

Of 3 bank accts at 530am, all got the deposit except Huntington, didn't show till after 7. Something def. changed recently.

If your agents can't make good on the solution you present to fix issues, then you're just bad at customer service. You should be showing the auto receipt email address on your receipts. It's the most basic obvious solution which somehow escapes you.

@Square Apparently years ago, I entered my email wrong at a POS. Who knows where or when. I can look up receipts online w/ payment card, date, & amount. But apparently I need to know the wrong email address I entered to get any help on the issue? Please fix your broken system.
