Some people hear “May I speak to you privately?” and immediately begin writing a corporate thriller in their heads.
I promise, sometimes people just want to talk. 😂
It is not "She did not say 'yes'"
It is "She said No"
And that is all the difference it makes.
She was killed because she said no. Her right to refusal was deemed as a threat to his perception of his masculinity

#MeemSeMohhabat surprised me, in a good way. I won't call those romantic moments but positive intimacy between a wife and a husband. A man and a woman can exist in a relationship without violence of any form, without a power equation and still be appealing + aesthetic.
#Iqtidar last episode has disappointed. There hardly been any dialogue between the lead protagonists that have carried the drama for 60+ episodes. It ended and I was like - Why?
None of the discussion happening in tennis is targeting Sinner's skills or ability to be a champion. The issue is about not having a consistent mechanism dealing with doping which is creating an atmosphere of insecurity and uncertainty for players and fans.
The greatest compliment for an actor is when the audience cannot envision another in the role. It’s the connection they create that defines true skill.
Of course, #AhadRazaMir will draw viewers, and #Dananeer is this bundle of energy in most scenes. #AsifRazaMir remains one of the most magnetic presences in the industry. But for these first 10 episodes? Too much to let go.

Academics isn’t the ultimate success. Neither is marriage or romance. This story had so much potential to explore deeper themes. The actors are charming, the camera adores them, but the writing? A letdown #MeemSeMohabbat

We don’t need more stories with an Ayat. What we do need are narratives about girls with dreams and ambitions—ones who may not want to pursue engineering or medicine but thrive when they follow their passions #MeemSeMohabbat

The real issue? Ayat was reduced to a caricature she never was. Why frame a girl who didn’t want to attend college as a failure or someone needing to be forced into work?

Believe me, it pains me to write this, but it’s even harder to watch #UshnaShah and #MayaAli on screen these days. It feels tedious.
You end up focusing more on their hair and makeup, hoping for a flicker of expression—and feeling fortunate if you spot one.
Personal opinions about Ali Raza aside, it’s deeply unfortunate to see one actor in multiple simultaneous projects. Unnecessary negativity around pairings, characters, and plots becomes overwhelming.
#Iqtidar and #Dastak are two entirely different worlds—let’s not conflate them.
#Ghair A happy ending for your leads isn’t all that matters. Really, that girl—who had voice but was obsessed with a spineless man who strung her along for — ends up in an abusive, deceitful relationship because she deserves it? (2/2)

The kind of show you see your mother watching and wonder why she bothers. Then it ends with one of the ugliest conclusions imaginable (1/2)
Say what you will about Khalil-Ur-Rehman Qamar’s style and tone, but one must admit: if he writes for 26 episodes, it’s best kept that way. Stretch it to 28 at most, but beyond that, even the best or worst scripts crumble under the weight of unnecessary drag
