Bangladesh has suffered some of the worst flooding in decades. So far we have been able to distribute food to 300+ families but there are still thousands more stranded and unable to work until the water recedes.

@StarlingBank Thank you. I have spoke to customer service about opening a USD account. They said it could be done in the app but when I checked that option was not available to us. They could not tell me why and just said there was nothing they could do.

We are a charity that has been granted $10,000 (USD) to build a swimming pool and reduce child drownings in Bangladesh but we cannot receive the donation because @StarlingBank will not allow us to. @AnneBoden please help so we can save lives.

@StarlingBank I have tried that and got nowhere. We need to receive USD into our account either as dollars or convert to GBP but you say we cannot be given that facility. We are a charity with a business account with you.
