@GoogleIndia @madebygoogle I need help with my Pixel 7 repair case (Case ID: 8-8490000040195).

I raised a repair request for a swollen battery on Feb 13. Before shipping the device, I recorded a video clearly showing the display working perfectly.

When the phone reached the service centre on Feb 21, the repair request was suddenly updated with a display issue, which I never had. I contacted Google Support and shared the video of the device before shipping. The issue was escalated with a promised update in 24–48 hours — it has now been over 5 days with no resolution.

Meanwhile, the service centre is pressuring me to approve the changed repair or they will return the phone unrepaired by March 1.

Pixel 7 battery removal requires display removal, which can itself damage the screen.

I’m only asking for a fair resolution based on the phone’s condition before repair.
