Totally agree. Assessing your energy levels after talking to someone is a game-changer. It helps you filter out draining interactions and focus on those that uplift you. Vital for building positive relationships.
Have become a huge fan of @mattmochary 's idea of checking your energy level before and after chatting with someone, when deciding whether to work with them.
