Room 203 had broken AC & unhygienic bathroom. After 5.5 hrs shifted to Room 202 which has NO WATER in taps & broken fixtures.

Multiple complaints closed without fixing.

@OYO4U oyorooms Amazing “resolution”. I left the hotel yesterday after enduring unusable rooms and zero support and refund. Today you offer a hotel change by sms when I have already left the city. This only shows how seriously customer complaints are handled. Still waiting for refund.

In Train 12771, Coach A2, the attendant is going seat to seat asking passengers for tip money. This is inappropriate and uncomfortable for travellers. Request immediate action.
