@MyFavMurder Episode 424 big family portraits, may I introduce Archie and Kathleen Rennie (my grandparents) who commissioned these larger than lifesize portraits when they retired (me in with my granny's one for scale)
Emma Hayes says, ‘the best team by a country mile won today, they dominated us in every aspect, we were bullied.’ Asked whether there are any positives, ‘I’ve only got a 20 minute drive home.’
Petition: Fund continued access to modulators drugs for Cystic Fibrosis patients. Thanks to @BBCBreakfast segment for raising awareness, I had no idea the government put a price tag on life extending care https://t.co/VxdO6zFucz
"Parents who want their children hit can sign an opt-in form provided by the school office." Genuinely baffled by the @guardian article on a Missouri school District reinstating corporal punishment.
@tessacooper5 "facilitators don't pressure people into decisions" - good facilitator don't but some personality types may feel like they are being pressured (thus the note - I don't think the facilitator would pressure, but there could be the perception that they are)
@tessacooper5 Oh I totally agree, but I still believe a professional will make certain personality types defer to them. The current process enables some personalities to dominate but the group are, conceptually, a group of equal peers. Introducing a professional changes that dynamic.
@VickyHewlett1 I was quite surprised at the number who raised their hand when Vaughan asked. Even schools and workplace fundraising cash can be deposited by bank transfer easier than cheque nowadays. Hoping the cash-carrier-pigeon tangent softened the blow a bit!
Audience Q. How can charities catch up with corporates on innovation?
My counter Q. Are you still accepting cheques? Because they're not. #CIOFFC#DigitalTransformation

@JacsGud Full disclosure, it may not make you very popular with certain process-owners (expect to hear "because that's how we do it!"), I've found it one of the most challenging stakeholder and user engagement aspects in the past. Best of luck with the new product and keep us posted!
@jjrorie As with any specialism, identify how you learn best? In a larger or smaller company? Highly structured environments or shaping ways of working as well as the product? Do you want to be building something from scratch or continuous improvement of existing established products?
@jjrorie Prioritise invisible benefits your engineers ask to work on. Advocates for big shiny features are easy to find, but being able to make the less-sexy decisions can ultimately be best for your product, scalability & stability. If these things fail, you've failed.
Fantastic performances from @Trukunitedfc and @DHFC_W this evening - TRUK's keeper gets my vote for player of the match, great effort against the relentless Hamlet shots! Great crowd and Danny's got a few new chants up his sleeve #TransDayOfVisibilty
I think @WonderyMedia make great content but the app is just not up to scratch. Just crashed 5+ times while I was trying to unsubscribe from the ad-free version. Used to listen on Spotify but then they didn't publish all episodes there. Sort it out lads.
