@shakeshack half the self-serve POS terminals are down at various locations in NYC and no one does anything about it. Not even an "out of order" sign so more patrons get annoyed at the issue

@westelm do you actually sell furniture or do you just take customers' money and sit on it for months on end? Chair we bought supposed to be delivered in October, 3 week window for delivery keeps getting pushed every 3 weeks. Delivery window will be changed for 4th time. Terrible
