You have asked lakhs of tax payers to give explanation to mismatch in ITR in a few days, but your portal does not provide option at all 9 out of 10 times.

My best knowledge says it is 3 days but ARN AA081023058351M is pending for more than a week and still pending

The concerned official has surpassed the limit allowed to him under the act for processing new registration application.

If any tax payer would have done this he should have received notice till now.

New registration application when aadhar authenticated should be processed in 3 days, it has been a week still not processed.

Just because the applicant belong to the other state, we are getting notices and rejection for registration continuously, applied for registration second time and now officer is asking for kyc and contact details for owner of property

Merely because application is made by someone not residing in Rajasthan it is being rejected and assessee being harassed.

@cbic_india @askGST_GoI @FinMinIndia GSTR4 amnesty is not complete, GSTR4 for 22-23 can b filled only after filling 21-22 and due date of 22-23 i.e. 30-4-2023 is not extended.
Penalty for 22-23 is not in accordance to amnesty.

Kindly extend same also to make amnesty beneficial.
