@Joanna__Hardy Firstly there is a difference between a headache and a migraine. If you are having a migraine (sickness, aura etc) then the advice is simple and you’ve probably come accross it before (stay away from screens, caffeine and chocolate, prescription triptans can help)

Passport delays aren’t just about holidays, my newborn son can’t go and meet his family, i applied asap after his birth, was told delays were 5 weeks so applied online as fast track option required taking a 3 hour round trip, now stuck in the backlog and can’t upgrade #gmb @GMB

@Wayfair I bought these two office chairs in 2019 for £100 and £200 respectively. I could not be more disappointed by the poor quality, after 2 and a half year of use they need to be replaced as are unsightly #terriblequality #unusablefurniture #overpriced
