@united I love when companies do nice things but its unfortunate when it punishes other customers. Flight out of KC this morning is currently 40 mins past scheduled departure time because the flight was held for a large group. Makes connections difficult….
@Walmart I placed a delivery order today, part of my order was missing. I called the store and they gave me someone’s cell # to call, that person didn’t answer. I called customer service and they assured me my items would be delivered within the hour. That was 5 hours ago..
@CrumblCookies Today was a snow day. I was busy at work but I knew my son would love to have lunch with me so I marked some time off my calendar and bought us lunch. He was very happy. ❤️
@HyVee I had pickup order and requested my chicken be cut up, it was not. I called to ask about it and the person told me that while shopping my order they just didn’t have anyone available to cut it up. Why didn’t they call me to see if I still want it?
I went to @McDonalds today to redeem a free nugget (no purchase required) offer from the app. They told me they were having issues and could only give them to me if I purchased something. Is that how your “free” offer works?
@Starbucks I just sent my son a gift card (via the app) and immediately realized I sent it to an email that got shut down by Google so he can’t access it. Is there a way to cancel or recall it?
@lyft my family just landed at MCO and booked a car. We realized we might be waiting in the wrong spot so we tried to call our driver (twice) to clarify, Starting at 7 mins before she was set to arrive. She didn’t answer and canceled our ride then charged us a cancel fee!
