Just to give everyone a update on my recovery process. I underwent a full lateral root meniscus repair. Just about 3 months ago. Since then I have been In pt consistently 3 times a week. With me just regaining the ability to walk 4 weeks ago, I am hoping to start training and getting ready for my senior season. Thank you to @coachkerrigan as he has helped and guided me throughout my whole recovery process.

During my final basketball game of the season, I suffered a meniscus tear and have since undergone successful surgery. I’ll be sidelined for the next few months, but I’m committed to my recovery and looking forward to coming back stronger.💪💪
