A5: I really love these Twitter chats! For my class, I have been assigned to participate in them and I'm really glad I did! I have learned so much from them! #edfb4338#dojochat
I can't wait to be able to collaborate with my future coworkers. As a new teacher, I know I'll have a ton of questions that I can ask the more experienced teachers. I am always up for learning something new! #edfb4338#dojochat
One of the problems I have had when I taught for a period was that one student did all the work while the others just sat there. The best way to solve this is by assigning roles. Then students have to do their part to complete the assignment. #edfb4338#dojochat
@FirstAtBat I love the jigsaw technique! Students get in groups and each student becomes the master of one piece of the topic and teaches it to the rest of the group. This way they become a master of one part and learn the rest from their peers. #edfb4338#dojochat
I don't have my own classroom yet, but I think group work will be a great way for students to get together and work on things. There are so many different collaboration techniques that I have learned in school, and can't wait to use them! #edfb4338#dojochat
A1: To me, collaboration means coming together and working towards a common goal. Whether if it's in school or outside, collaboration is a great way to get stuff done! #edfb4338#dojochat
Hi everyone! My name is Cailee. I'm a senior in college and am going to student teach in the fall! I can't wait to get into the classroom and use cool technology like dojo! #edfb4338#dojochat
@shawnwigg I love how you put that! It takes so many different skills to be a teacher, not just content knowledge. Teachers have to understand the students and how they learn. #edfb4338#ktichat
A4: I love this quote, it's so true! Teachers are so much more than just what they teach. They are a safe place, a shoulder to cry on, and more. When students have a teacher that cares, they are more likely to listen to all that they have to say. #edfb4338#ktichat
As a senior in college, getting up and going to school is getting hard! But I know that getting my degree and being able to teach kids is going to be worth it! I can't wait to get into the classroom! #edfb4338#ktichat
I love technology in the classroom! As a college student, I have taken a ton of online classes and it has been great! They are so flexible and informative! #edfb4338#ktichat
@KnappMelinda @mathhombre@delta_dc I love this visual of learning math! There are so many connections in math and tons of things intertwine! This is one of the many things I love about it! :) #edfb4338#elemmathchat
A2: Since I'm still a student and not in my own classroom, I'm still learning about my teaching style and how I'm going to set up my curriculum. I love all of these comments though! #edfb4338#elemmathchat
A1: I think there is a need for a lot of linear learning in math. So many topics build off of each other, so if students learn them in a funky order, they won't know what to do with the next topic. #edfb4338#elemmathchat
Hi everyone! I'm Cailee. I am a senior in college and am majoring in math education. My Spring Break consisted of working on all of my assignments and projects! #edfb4338#elemmathchat
