I'm so proud of this project. Given the challenges with early detection and limited treatment options for ovarian cancer, the most effective way to impact ovarian cancer incidence and outcomes NOW is through prevention. Such bright minds working on this! Check it out.
JUST ANNOUNCED: OCC, researchers and clinicians in Canada, and individuals with lived experience join forces to establish The Ovarian Cancer Prevention Task Force, thanks to funding from The AstraZeneca-Merck Alliance.

Ovarian Cancer Canada is proud to announce that @SKGov has continued their investment in #ovariancancer research by committing $1M to OCC in Budget 2024-25. We applaud the government's commitment to women’s health!
OCC is deeply saddened by the news of Kim Rudd’s passing. Kim was a vital voice in our research advocacy movement, a fierce advocate on and off the Hill, and a leader in her community and across Canada. We thank Kim for championing this important cause. https://t.co/bflrZ8NFDM
I first met Kim Rudd in Sept 2016. She was the first MP @OvarianCanada met with to discuss our research plan. Kim championed our cause long before she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and she continued long after. She was a force and I will miss her. 1/2
I am so excited to announce that a bold new Ovarian Cancer Canada is here! We are a galvanizing force & we will not rest until women are able to live their lives freely, fully and uninhibited by #ovariancancer.

This amazing woman was a FORCE! I just finished the @OvarianCanada Walk of Hope in St. John’s, NL and read this very sad news. Tyler, I’m so sorry for your loss. I had incredible respect and fondness for your mom.
