During any time of difficulty you experience—I hope you will regularly take time to sit for a few quiet moments with your Heavenly Father and let His Spirit warm you and reassure you of your value and the significance of your life. @ChristoffDTodd
I’m proud of you young people. You have been so resilient. I hope you won’t be overly fearful or convinced that there’s no future for you. Life has always been a little messy, but there is always a way through as we lean on our Savior.

Clearly, Lehi knew opposition, anxiety, heartache, pain, disappointment, and sorrow. Yet he declared boldly and without reservation a principle as revealed by the Lord: "Men are, that they might have joy."
When we face challenges and afflictions, we may feel discouraged or perhaps forgotten.
In the midst of your tribulations, you can find the peace that you need through the serene power of prayer. Heavenly Father hears your prayers.
No matter what challenge you are currently facing, remember: “I did not come this far only to come this far.” Keep going. Keep trying. Keep trusting. Keep believing. Keep growing. As I have said before, Heaven is cheering you on today, tomorrow, and forever.

”He will deepen their joys, expand their vision, quicken their minds, strengthen their muscles, lift their spirits, multiply their blessings, increase their opportunities, comfort their souls, raise up friends, and pour out peace.” (2/2) -Ezra Taft Benson
I invite us to remember that perhaps the most repeated line in all of scripture is “It came to pass.” Painful days do pass. It might seem that they won’t, but they do. No regret is forever. No disappointment is fatal or final. No mistake is beyond remedy.
Quoting President Gordon B. Hinckley: “How sweet is the assurance, how comforting is the peace that comes from the knowledge that if we marry right and live right, our relationship will continue, notwithstanding the certainty of death and the passage of time.” #PresBallard
