@niccruzpatane@SawyerMerritt Rode the original Zoox on the longest ride they have in Las Vegas at rush time. ~35-40 min. No issues at all. Comfortable enough. I wouldn't want to stay on those seats for a lot longer than that though (I would say 1h is my limit).
@DevinOlsenn Interesting thing is that FSD reduced the speed by ~10km/h even before the situation caught the driver's attention.
I believe coordination between driver reaction (very good) and FSD proactiveness avoided the accident.
@ZacksJerryRig@MissJilianne At ~67km/h? Not very sure about it. That's not mph... It is interesting to see the car reducing almost 10km/h before the driver even reacts... Maybe that's a critical detail that nobody is talking about?
@giovannibassi A analogia é boa.
@Scobleizer@Tesla I am also happy that mine will get the "upgrade". But in reality they are just catching up with a couple of bad assumptions. How many features have you bought from Toyota that were not delivered after 7 years?
@wholemars Still has to learn how to drive in roads/streets (slightly) covered with snow. Acceleration, break, turning... All still very raw, and asking to take control all the time. Let's see if by April they figure this one out.
100% agree @Scobleizer. Lots of things were deemed "over" when new technologies were developed, but in reality it has always created a new huge opportunity to innovate and think outside of the box. But for the ones that insist in remaining inside of the box... Yeah, maybe it is over.

@wholemars And what would be the ToC in 5-10 years with Starlink vs hard line? Also, I don't think it is smart, if you have alternatives, to build a solution thay you basically become hostage of one player. The same infrastructure could be used by multiple providers.
