تقع كايروبوليتان في ممر بين عمارات وسط القاهرة العتيقة في ۸ شارع دار الشفاء-جاردن سيتي-القاهرة.
مفتوح يومياً من الساعة العاشرة صباحاً وحتى العاشرة مساءاً بدأً من يوم الجمعة ۲۹ من يونيو.
