Senator-judge Raffy Tulfo calls out the House prosecution panel for being “palpak” in presenting their witnesses.

“Kung minsan ‘yung prosecution, sorry ha, pumapalpak-palpak kayo. There are times na naglalagay kayo ng mga witnesses dito na hindi naman kailangan talaga, nagsasayang lang tayo ng oras,” he said on Thursday.

“Nakikita naman ‘yung mga senador inaantok. ‘Yung iba panay ang punta ng CR kasi wala eh, parang useless eh. So kung kukuha kayo ng witness make sure na talagang ‘yung witness na ‘yun ay merong masasabi na makatutulong sa ginagawang imbestigasyon sa impeachment,” Tulfo added.

“Meron pa nga kayong kinuha na pinagtatawanan tuloy, nagpapa-cute lang habang may kinakausap na witness na pulis. Ingat kayo sa pagkukuha ng mga witness at ingat kayo sa pagsasalang ng mga abogado ninyo d’yan,” he continued.
