Coach Vic Self was honored at the Lady Chaps home basketball game over the weekend—he is retiring after 12 remarkable years at LCU! Thank you for everything, Coach Self. Happy retirement! @LCUCHAPS@LCUWomensBball
She was also a second mom to me. So much of what is great about her, is her love for her players. She loved all of us, and boy was she tough.
I love her so much!
The 🐐!!💙
Wow! This is our coach! An incredible coach, but better leader and mentor and friend. Congrats @CoachFarney on being named National Coach Of The Year! Thank you for leading and serving us. How do you spell GOAT…? FARNEY that’s how. @Mr_B_Johnson #EFND
Big win for my brothers! Always tough to pull out a win at DBU! Good seeing them in action, catching up with coaches and seeing other former players and teammates! Always thankful for my time in Lubbock and at LCU!

I’m not sure anyone wants or needs an idea for conditioning, but here’s one of my favorites. I love it for a lot of reasons:
- Acceleration
- Decel
- Change of direction
- Team work
- Competitive
- Fun
- Conditioning with a purpose

Koa’s first ever NFL game.
My last ever NFL home game.
My heart is filled with nothing but love and gratitude. It’s been an absolute honor and a pleasure.

Sadly a new home is needed for these two sweet pups!! Great dogs, we don’t have the time they deserve. Never home with coaching. Message me if you are interested or have questions!
