@atomberg_tech Worst after sales service ever. 2 of 5 atomberg fans stopped working suddenly. We are suffering here. Yet your AI support bots opened and closed tickets on their own. No technician contacted me. No help even if I was ready to pay. Regret being a 1st adopter.

@ACTFibernet REALLY HORRIBLE! I am without internet for the last 3-4 days. I'm a Cx for a decade with 2 high speed connections in yearly plans, both ACT routers went offline. I was promised free replacement but now being harrased to buy & CLOSE TICKETS without resolution.

@bioware Sorry to see you go. You guys built some of my favourite game worlds - Star Wars (KOTOR, SWTOR), Mass Effect (Legendary Edition), and Dragon Age (especially Origins). You and your work will be missed. Thank you for entertaining us! Hopefully, these franchises get new homes soon!
