TEE: vegan cookies :1 tsp egg replacer, 2 TBS warm water, mix. Add 1 cup brown sugar, mix. Add 1.5 cups pastry flour, 1tsp baking powder add 6 tablespoons soft vegan butter to egg replacer!!, 1 tsp vanilla essence, .5 tsp cinnamon and 3/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips. Mix Spoon
