Did you know nurses and retail workers stand for 8 to 16 hours in a single shift? When I was at Nike, we dug into the opportunity to better serve people who stand for a living—those who spend hours upon hours on their feet to serve us in healthcare, food and beverage, retail, education, security, and more. Proper footwear to disperse and return energy to their feet is critical to short—and long-term health and safety. Solutions for these workers are important and underserved.
