@DeliverooHelp I have tried on 3 different occasions and the case continues to be closed before I have a defendant action. We are going to lose near 40k a month due to policy changes, we need to know before Sunday and role out new menus. Would be good to have a phone call from someone instead?
@cernucci hi, love you products but do you think it’s acceptable to send 64 emails in 24 hours to review a product! Also no option to unsubscribe from email marketing which you legally have to provide on all emails to customers.

@RoyalMailHelp hi, one of your posties thinks it’s funny to leave my gate open for my dog just to escape into the road. This happened last week and happened again today, I was able to catch the postie and his response was “it’s not my job to close the gate” and then continued 1/1
@soulflydave@stripe Just got an email from Shopify saying that they set up these direct debits unlawful due to not notifying us. My question to @stripe is how do you let this happen?
@soulflydave@stripe I’ve cancelled the direct debit and see what comes from it. If I receive a letter in the post then I know what company done within the week. If not report them to the financial ombudsman
@stripesupport 100% ‘Stripe has set up a direct debit’ even the reference number is ‘Stripe-*******’
If it was a merchant it would have the merchants name. Fishy business you have going on and I’m reporting to the financial ombudsman
@stripesupport It has a reference number on the direct debit. Just seems like you are out to try and commit fraud really… very strange for a company I haven’t heard of to try and take money out of my account
@BetaProfiles Best way, do the steps below. When downloaded turn off automatic updates. Turn your phone off and then back on. Wait 1-3 minutes.
Turn automatic updates back on and should then see. Worked for me, good luck all 😊
