Hey @united - thanks for the 2:30am flight cancellation text and the 2 hour hold time (plus dropping my chat 2x). Really helpful. Loved the 2 minute conversation where I was told that I couldn’t be helped. Had to book a new flight tomorrow a ln airport 2 hours away. $$ ugh.

@united a year of planning (group of 20) to spend week of service and due to ‘operational issues’ we were delayed for 3+ days. Group desk was very helpful but we lost days of volunteering and $$. Too bad we didn’t have a private plane like your CEO. Hope Sun flight not canceled.

@laurdimartino This is both sad and infuriating. You are right, Lauren, not forced, but there is so much risk and money involved that there is coercion. It’s going to take many people to make a stand to effect change.
