@tsutherland690@PastorShiflett If that’s true then praise God! I just don’t see a compassion or long suffering for others who don’t agree with his personal conviction about the KJV. I pray that he grows in grace and his understanding of the love of Jesus in his heart for others who disagree with his conviction
@bryansamms I see this and I use to be offended and confrontational. Now I just feel compassion for them bc they claim to follow Jesus, yet don’t live out the truth of Jesus in their response to show grace and love when they don’t agree with you.
I pray they grow in the gospel.

When so many things we’ve placed our hope in fail us in the end, we are blessed to rest in the fact that hope in the Lord will never betray, shame or fail us.

@j0sh_j0hnson We’re praying that through the patience of our pastors teaching of Scripture, that they will grow to know the liberty we all have in Christ. If you can please pray we all have that patience with them as we lay down our preferences of moving forward.
@j0sh_j0hnson My pastor currently is taking a very gentle approach to guiding our church through the differences between doctrine and preferences. We are moving forward to Christian liberty, but there are people who don’t want to let us have that freedom…
This is a genuine question.
If we have faith that Jesus provides justification and sanctification, then why do Christians categorize some christians as more worldly than others?
