@AmoniChakal@Craft_the_web Haha probably patience. Unless you know of a tool?
They’re so careful about any automations that monitoring the inbox agentically isnt really an option.
If tokens are no longer the unit price, and instead prices are based on outcomes, we will look back on these times as a god rush — and most developers will wonder why they didn’t build more ambitiously, back when it was affordable to do so.
That said, open weight models will make this sort of pricing challenging to implement.
Dario Amodei: some tokens Claude produces are worth a few cents, others could be worth tens of millions of dollars.
His examples:
1. Telling someone to restart their Mac: the model has said it 10 million times, worth a dollar or less
2. Telling a pharma company to move an aromatic ring to the other end of a molecule: potentially tens of millions
3. Expect pay-for-results pricing, or labor-like pricing by the hour
4. It's a new industry, so many models will be tried
Today pricing is simpler: per the S-1, usage-based pricing was 80% of H1 2026 revenue and subscriptions 20%.

@libertylukes@pcshipp They don’t pay for seat belts, gun vaults, or HIPPA compliance — why would they pay for safety? Models as powerful as these must be regulated.
I use over 95% of my usage every week, usually 100%. I run my orchestrator and most agents at high. I also have Codex, and i use all of it sans the one time i got unlucky with reset timing. I can usually guess with a percentage point or two how much usage has been consumed, and I haven’t seen a change.
Some weeks I’ll use Ultracode on one major feature or optimization.
@AnkanXplorer Tour of AI projects and examples of prompts are fine, but not all transcript of an entire personal account. Maybe a full transcript of a short interview project.
I deny AI personhood.
The ramifications of this idea are profound.
Soon, it will become impossible to distinguish AI’s mimicry of sentience from sentience itself. Neither side will be able to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Like belief in God, it becomes a matter of faith.
Sorry, this is a B2B answer. I have nothing for you if you’re B2C. But you can do everything i said with any free CRM, a phone, and as little as a $20 AI sub. As you bring in revenue, there are ways to invest to increase the speed of this. Also, this is way way way less effective when its a non-founder on the phone.
Make a list of target businesses. Use AI to identify and get company phone numbers. Target SMBs and choose the sales line. The owner or someone senior often answers. Tell them who you are — business owner to business owner — what you think their problem is, and if you can implement it for them, is it worth exploring. Book the meeting.
Call 50 people a day until your calendar makes you limit it to 25.
Offer free implementation, and 2 months free or at cost (bill them for things like paid APIs used to deliver).
You need an irresistible offer. You also need some sexy, polished brand materials to communicate the value to the whole buying committee.
