@carydj@ryankopVCU@VCU_Hoops I could see that. I don't think you structure your roster based on what others in your conf are doing, but we will need to be able to be physical down low. Not naming any teams, but it seems like some have a squad of just forwards. We'd be wise to bolster our big rotation imo
Appreciate everything T. Hill. I'm good with the @VCU_Hoops roster as it currently stands but there's room to add one or two more impact players. Still wouldn't hate to see a heavier reserve big and another wing shooter depth piece
@MatSheltonEide Feels like a bit of a throwback to Justin Tillman. Wants to dunk everything, very good rebounder. Big pickup for the front court, should let Belle spend more minutes at his natural 3/4 spot
@MatSheltonEide Totally with you, but let's see how it plays out. If our offer is within the same stratosphere as some of the P4s, then I think he values his relationships and the school enough to stay
@MatSheltonEide I was told about a month ago that Telli acknowledged the idea, but it was too late to implement…disagree. Try it and see. Penetration gets disrupted and that’s been an issue
@MatSheltonEide Said it for awhile now, if we throw out even a half baked zone a couple possessions every game, we will be happy with the results. Extend on the perimeter on the shooters. It stymies the offense and requires a different approach
@MatSheltonEide@ramballhavoc Agree. Worth pointing out despite scoring right at his avg that was Lazar’s most complete game. Totally locked in on D. Makes our team D that much more effective. 4 blocks but also a lot of well contested shots that forced misses, slowed people down that led to weak side steals
