🎙️ We are pleased to launch our new AI on Capitol Hill series, featuring one-on-one conversations with influential Members of Congress on AI policy shaping debate in Washington. Our CEO @CalebMaxVA10 is speaking with both Democrats and Republicans who are helping shape that discussion.
We begin the series with @RepBillFoster of Illinois. He is the only Ph.D. physicist in Congress and serves on the House Financial Services and Science, Space, and Technology committees. His deep background in physics, semiconductors, high-speed electronics, and digital integrated circuit design brings rare technical depth to the AI policy debate.
In this conversation, Congressman Foster shares his views on the White House’s new AI framework, whether Congress’s committee structure reflects today’s technology-driven economy, and the AI coding tool he uses himself.

Metro parking at “rural” stops should be free!
And for those that will say “it’s private property” yes, but the metro sets the rates by charging $5 in their garages. Most of the profit goes to the builders of said garages.

Our CEO Caleb Max (@CalebMaxVA10) just left the Office of Congressman Bill Foster (D, IL-11) (@RepBillFoster) after recording a video for an exciting new digital project around the views on AI by Members of Congress.
He is the only PhD physicist in Congress, served on the House Bipartisan Task Force on AI, and designed semiconductors early in his career.

The emerging chassis of AI must be built by America.
We can put appropriate guardrails in place without handing the win on AI to China.
A moratorium is China First.
This is sad. I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🏽♀️
Pervasive gambling is not good for society. It turns life into a casino, traps people in addiction & debt, surges domestic violence, and fosters manipulation.
Fantastic to see the WH unveiling its national framework for AI. Thousands of bills targeting AI have been introduced, many of which would create a convoluted regulatory maze for companies to navigate. If America wants to lead and WIN the AI race, we need 1 federal standard.
