FACT: Michael Whatley knew all about convicted child molester Harvey West.

Why? Because he was the Party Chairman very recently in 2024 when as the head of the NC GOP he and Jason Simmons promoted convicted child molester Harvey West to the powerful Plan of Organization Committee.

North Carolinians need to go out and vote IN SPITE of that. Good people need to prepare to stamp out commies in both parties.

GOP leadership, rising to the very top of the RNC and Michael Whatley himself, are to blame for the poor turnout in North Carolina this year.

Michael Whatley was warned for YEARS about Harvey West.

Both he and Jason Simmons refused to heed those warnings.

Then, in February of 2022, Whatley was selected (for some unGodly reason) to the role of General Counsel of the RNC.

But Whatley didn't leave his role as NC GOP Chairman when he assumed the role of RNC General Counsel.

Whatley had never practiced law, and had never BEEN LICENSED to practice law. Just like that poor Zacharia gal. (See a pattern here?)

Whatley's hand-picked replacement Jason Simmons took over the role of NC GOP Chairman that Whatley vacated shortly after Whatley promoted Harvey West to help write party rules.

So it was no surprise that Simmons kept Whatley carefully apprised of the on-goings in North Carolina's GOP.

Accordingly, Whatley was copied on the email Jason Simmons sent out to the party heads and District Chairs.

I've included a screenshot of that that email with this tweet.

Not only did Whatley knew, EVERY SINGLE OTHER DISTRICT CHAIR was aware that Jason Simmons and Michael Whatley were elevating known convicted child molester Harvey West to the very crucial "Plan of Organization Committee."

The NC GOP, with loser consultants like Chris LaCivita and Michael Whatley installed by DC cronies leading the way, will continue to lose ground to commie Democrats.

Red blooded Republicans must go out and get involved precisely BECAUSE we need to take this process over.

Republican Party losers are dead in the water without the base.

Don't save them. Go out and take over. Make sure these losers never have the ability to shove a loser like Whatley or Jason Simmons or Thom Tillett down your throats again.

As someone who has been the target of Democrat lawfare that left permanent damage, I could not agree more with what @HansMahncke said in this article. Please give it a read.

Back in 2020, Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight organization and their attorney Marc Elias filed a federal lawsuit against me and some of my friends. They alleged we had committed “voter intimidation” under the Voting Rights Act for lawfully challenging voters under OCGA 21-2-230 who may have become unqualified.

Meanwhile, I was fully expecting a subpoena or indictment from Fani Willis—people around me were already being targeted by her and Nathan Wade.

Then in late 2022 the Biden DOJ entered the Fair Fight case, and I became convinced that our Obama-appointed judge was going to railroad us and then the DOJ would indict me.

A few weeks before the trial the stress got so bad I went into heart failure. For months I couldn’t walk more than a few feet without a walker and used a wheelchair outside the house. I couldn’t even attend our two-week hearing; my doctor wrote a letter and I testified over Zoom.

Earlier this year I learned Jack Smith had also obtained a secret subpoena for my phone records from October 2020–January 2021—while the DOJ was also involved in the Fair Fight case.

It was all straight up Democrat lawfare from start to finish, and we won that case on January 2, 2024.

I’ve since recovered to a large extent, but the damage is permanent. I am a heart-failure patient and, statistically, my life will likely be cut short.

This is exactly the kind of damage they want to inflict, and the great irony is that I was the one accused of voter intimidation.

As @MZHemingway said years ago, “The process is the punishment.”

Intimidating us and taking us off the field is their goal! Senator Slotkin recently said the quiet part out loud in Chicago.

And now we learn they’ve compiled records on hundreds of thousands more of us—activists, lawyers, journalists, donors, even people who bought MAGA hats.
