It was the call on the field that determined it was an interception. It either had to be a catch down by contact or an interception, it couldn't be an incomplete because the ball never hit the ground.
This is coming from an impartial view from someone who wanted to see JA get a SB

@Real_JPIII @LSUBarstool I love competitive football, so I hope the Ole Miss survives and flourishes. Saban burned LSU but left a culture that survived for quite a while. I think LK decided to leave when he was given an ultimatum by the OM AD to make a decision by Thanksgiving.
