These are boy children who were benefiting from school bursaries from him, and extremely vulnerable from dropping out of school, if no one provided for them. We are only praying the panel of judges will not lose sight of this element. It is defilement under the laws of Malawi

We are at the court, reviewing a case of Wim Akster, whether its constitutional to prosecute him for having sexual intercourse with boys. Our worry, is that the arguments so far has gross potential to lose sight of the fact that he is accused of sleeping with underage boys
