This is an interesting one.
Andrew Huberman says letting your mind run wild will most likely lead you to an unhappy place. If you want to be happy you have to learn to control your own thoughts.
But why is that? Is it something about the brain's default mode itself, or do humans naturally gravitate toward negative thoughts when their minds are left to run unattended?
